Benchyard Personal Information Collection Notice

Account registration

Benchyard collects the registration and security information you provide to create and secure your account, deliver requested services, administer team access, communicate with you, and meet applicable legal duties. Required fields are identified on the form. Without them we cannot create the account or provide the associated function. Optional fields are voluntary.

We may provide information to our hosting, security, email, and other operational service providers, appropriate team administrators within their permissions, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required or permitted, as described in our Privacy Policy. Connected providers receive information when you authorize their use. That Policy explains international processing and how to request information about the locations and safeguards applicable to your service.

You may request access to and correction of your personal data and exercise other rights available under applicable law. Contact the Privacy Contact at hello@benchyard.com. Optional marketing and optional processing requiring consent are not authorized simply by registering.

Access requests and support

Benchyard uses your contact details and message to evaluate your access request or respond to your inquiry, administer the relationship, and investigate the issue you report. Your contact address and information needed to understand the request are required for a response; other material is voluntary. Do not include credentials or unnecessary personal or confidential data.

Our personnel and relevant operational service providers may handle the request as described in the Privacy Policy. Access and correction requests may be addressed to the Privacy Contact at hello@benchyard.com. An access inquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Feedback submission

Benchyard uses your feedback, selected attachments, screenshot, and diagnostic details to investigate problems and improve the Service. The message is required to submit feedback; screenshots and diagnostic details are optional and can be removed before submission. A screenshot may contain visible code, messages, files, or terminal output. Check it before sending.

Installation administrators and relevant service providers may receive the submission; a team administrator role alone does not give access to the installation's feedback inbox. Payment collection

For an enabled purchase, Benchyard uses your account, purchase, and required billing information to process the transaction, issue applicable records, handle disputes or refunds, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Information marked required is necessary to complete the purchase. Card details are collected by the payment provider identified at checkout under its notice; Benchyard receives the transaction information described in its Privacy Policy.

Relevant payment providers, banks, accounting advisers, and authorities may receive transaction data for these purposes. Contact the Privacy Contact at hello@benchyard.com for access and correction requests. This notice does not authorize recurring charges; purchase consent is collected separately at checkout.
